This pictorial Baloch carpet/rug was made by the Afghan Balochi people. The main motif portrays two horsemen pitted against each other with a smaller horse underneath them. Typical of the Baloch carpet/rugs of the region, it has soft and lusturous wool with muted colours of beige and rust. Other colours include blue, brick and orange. It has a charm that is hard to miss.
