What are the shipping charges?

We offer free shipping on every item purchased through our website.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 business hours. The estimated delivery time may vary product to product. If the product is readymade, then we look at a delivery timeline of 14-20 days. If it is a custom made product, it depends on various factors and the timeline will be a minimum of 30 days. Once the order is received we will give a final timeline. 

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive the following notifications via email:-

1. Email order confirmation

2. Text message order confirmation.

3. Email with tracking details and Invoice once the product is shipped

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by calling us on +91 9962231664 or email us at - info@rugweave.in . Order cancellation will only be accepted before the shipment has been dispatched.

Once the order is cancelled, the refund shall be initiated and it should reflect in your account within 48 business hours through the original mode of payment.

Is there any hidden cost?

India : Listed prices are final and all tax included
