A new carpet/rug made in Herat, Afghanistan. The design has got small Turkoman Guls placed all over the peach field of the rug/carpet. It has got a multi layered design border with alternating motifs. Vegetable dyes are used in making the carpet. It is an extremely densely knotted wool on cotton carpet/rug with colours of beige, yellow, green, brown and rust.
