It is an abstract carpet/rug made in the old city of Agra, India, about 60 years ago. It was during this time that a lot of carpets/rugs made in the city were exported and reffered to as Indian Art rugs/carpets in the international market. It has various flower,leaf and vine motifs stylized and spread through the field and border of the carpet/rug. The colours used in the carpet/rug are dark blue, red, beige and baby pink. The wool used on the pile is thick and dense while cotton is used as the base of the carpet/rug. It is an extremely rare and beautiful work of art. This carpet/rug is readily available to ship.
