Rug weaving is an ancient craft that was known to many nomadic groups. Back then rugs/carpets were made from anything that tribes could get their hand on. One of the ways this was done was to repurpose old rugs by patching them together. This series captures the idea behind up-cycling and traces it back to many many decades ago. The colours mainly include brown, brick, black and beige.
The rug/carpet is readily available to ship. The rug/carpet is hand knotted and is made of wool with silk highlights.
